Simple vs Complex

Tics are placed into categories – Simple and Complex

Simple tics are sudden, brief, and repetitive movements of sounds that involve a limited number of muscle groups. These tics are usually short and sharp.

Complex tics are longer in duration and often appear more purposeful and have A LOT more swagger about them. They usually involve multiple muscle groups or cool combinations.

They both suck just as much as each other . We don’t get to choose which type of tic…they just happen.
